AeroSpring Leasing is a lessor of aviation training equipment in the USA and Canada. Pilot training is the base of the aviation industry and is capital intensive for small operators and flight schools who struggle with obtaining modern flight training assets. AeroSprings’ mission is to offer rentals of this essential training equipment to these operators. We are a small group of Aviation friendly investors, managed by Josh Colton.
Joshua Colton, Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Josh Colton is an aviation entrepreneur, business executive, and ATP-rated pilot with extensive experience in aircraft finance, marketing, business development, and general aviation.
He is the founder and former President of Sky Allies Capital, an aircraft finance brokerage firm he later sold to FLYING Financial. Earlier in his career, Josh spent 13 years with Textron Aviation, where he held leadership roles in marketing, strategy, distribution planning, and the Cessna Pilot Center network. His work took him around the world.
Josh graduated in marketing from the University of Utah and later earned an MBA with an emphasis in finance. He is an Airline Transport Pilot and continues to be actively involved in aviation.
Outside of business and flying, Josh enjoys outdoor recreation and spending time with family.
